ONLINE ORDER INFORMATION
If you choose to purchase products from the Webmistress Lingerie site, the following information is required in order to fulfill your order:
Name Address E-mail address Credit card account information We use this information to process your order and to make sure that it is delivered to you.
We request an e-mail address during the order process so that we can send an e-mail confirmation message acknowledging the receipt of your order. This message contains your name, address, the list of items you purchased, an order reference number, a confirmation of your shipping method, and the total amount of items requested. Please note that this confirmation e-mail does NOT contain your credit card number.
COSTUME RETURN POLICY
As of October 1st 2006: All COSTUME SALES ARE FINAL.
After October 1, 2006 & Up to October 15th 2006: Only exchanges will be accepted. All exchanges must be received by October 15th. Exchanges are subject to available stock. If we are out of stock on the same item, another costume must be chosen. We will ship the exchange back to the customer free of charge.
After October 15th 2006: Costume orders sent back to us after October 15th will not be issued a refund or exchange. Please keep this in mind at the time of purchase. Webmistress Lingerie is not responsible for any shipping charges for customers to receive packages back that were sent to us after the return/exchange deadlines.
LINGERIE RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with the products you have ordered, we will happily exchange the purchased products for a different size/item or refund your credit card the cost of the item. Credits will be processed to the credit card charged, no exceptions.
Damaged Goods: If your merchandise arrives damaged, please notify Webmistress Lingerie immediately for a replacement.
All items must be returned in excellent condition. To receive a refund, items must be unworn, free of stains, perfume, and damage. All labels and tags must be attached for a full refund to your credit card. Please include the original packaging. We will accept hosiery returns on unopened packages only. Packages must arrive at our offices within 14 days from the time you received your order.
Undeliverable Packages: All packages returned to our warehouse undeliverable may be re-shipped, additional charges may apply, shipping charges will not be refunded. Please be careful to enter your correct address to avoid this problem.
**It is recommended that return packages are shipped with delivery confirmation and or insurance. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
